Kerry loves destinations and adventure!
The youngest of three brothers, raised as a military brat and moving every few years, made childhood very exciting. Bearing the brunt of his elder sibling’s practical jokes and the “on the go” gypsy lifestyle shaped Kerry’s personality and likely his desire for adventure. Kerry lived in multiple countries and locations, including Libya, Canada, Biloxi, Miami, Victorville, and Merced, and finally settled in Redlands, CA, in the late 80’s. The gypsy life made for interesting conversations when Kerry was asked, “Where are you from?” Kerry’s favorite place by far was Miami, FL. This is where he got his affliction for the ocean and boating.
Kerry attended Grove City College in Grove City, PA, obtaining a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, participated in ROTC, and joined the USAF upon graduation. His second military assignment in 1984 brought Kerry to Norton Air Force Base, San Bernardino, CA, and ultimately became a long-term SoCal resident. During his USAF career, he completed his MBA in 1987. Unbeknownst at the time, this is when his career in wealth management solidified.
Kerry likes to have many sticks in the fire and wouldn’t be happy if he was idle. While serving in the USAF, he dabbled in residential real estate properties and investments. In 1987, after leaving the USAF, Kerry went to work for a small investment firm in San Bernardino and launched his career in financial services. In 1996, he started KWB Wealth.
Kerry likes to have fun and make an impact on people’s lives. He loves meeting with clients, discussing their goals, and helping them achieve positive financial outcomes. Kerry gets excited and giddy when people are ready to do the challenging (and rewarding) work to secure their financial future. He likes to keep things accessible and implementable and prioritizes steps so clients can confidently act. He also loves mentoring the entire KWB Team so they, too, can share the wisdom with all of KWB’s current and future clients. Kerry eats his own cooking and is eager to share the ingredients for building and securing financial success.
When not at KWB, Kerry spends his time with his wife, Lisa, their two children, their spouses, and four grandchildren. Another activity that keeps Kerry’s attention is farming 40 acres of navels and avocados. If he’s not on the farm, you’ll likely find him on the water with Lisa, cruising off the California coast, through the Panama Canal, or in the Pacific NW. Remember, he likes destinations and adventure. And, of course, there are three dogs, a tractor, utility vehicles, and a truck that help produce a bountiful harvest and keep him entertained. Man’s gotta have a truck!

Robert is a Chief Wealth Manager famously known for being one of the first KWB Wealth employees. Robert started his career at Merrill in 1992 and shifted into the Credit Union space in 1994 after replying to Kerry's job posting in the LA Times. Robert mailed (yes, mailed!) his resume to Kerry and their partnership began even before KWB Wealth opened its doors in 1996.
Robert was born in the same Tampa, Florida, hospital as his parents; however, his childhood was anything but local. Robert spent his early years on the Caribbean Island of Hispaniola, followed by two years in Atlanta, Georgia. Eventually, his parents decided it was time to settle down, and he completed his high school and college years in Texas.
After earning his Bachelor of Business with a degree in Finance and a specialization in investments, Robert obtained a PFP (Personal Financial Planner) certification through UCLA Extension.
Robert is motivated daily by his conversations with clients. He enjoys listening to others share their hopes and dreams and help develop a plan for them. He is a consistent support system, always encouraging clients through the years as they slowly achieve their definition of success. It’s what makes his days unique and awarding.
Besides mixing the perfect martini, Robert is known for his investment common sense, experience, and residential/rental real estate knowledge. With 30 years of experience in consumer lending and retail investments, Robert’s approach focuses on maintaining a long-term perspective with a healthy dose of common sense. This is what he’s seen successfully guides clients through market rough patches.
When he’s not hiking a local trail or traveling to New Mexico, Robert spends his time on the local neighborhood association projects and historical society’s functions. He loves Art Deco design. Next time you’re chatting with Robert, ask him about his New Mexico home he built from scratch, his land tortoise Margaret, or his success in preserving his Pasadena community.
Robert prefers to be called “Robert” but clients and the KWB staff consistently find themselves saying “Bob.” One day, we will kick this habit.

Diana’s compassionate and loving demeanor most likely comes from being a wonderful mother of two.
Growing up in Yucaipa, where she still resides, Diana was constantly playing sports with her brothers. Being a middle child and only girl had its challenges, but she could always keep up and was top competition; she is as competitive and determined today as she was back then. Diana has fond memories of time with friends and visiting family. She loved summers in Oregon with cousins hiking and boating, occasional trips to Disneyland, and marrying the love of her life, Jesse.
A month after graduating high school, Diana joined the KWB team. While working full-time, Diana attended Crafton Hills College earning her associate degree, and later Cal State University San Bernardino for her Bachelor’s in Business.
Diana continues to devote her time to mentoring the next generation of advisors. For over a decade, she was the only female advisor. She is excited to have more female advisors on the team and industry wide. In addition to assisting with the firm's vision to create a diverse, exceptionally skilled team, Diana continues to pursue industry trends regarding financial planning and servicing clients actively. She’s helping the team focus on solutions and opportunities for growth.
Diana has always valued deep connections with people and considered becoming a counselor before choosing the financial advisor path. She realized financial planning was equally important and offered a form of counseling all its own. Diana cherishes the deep connections she creates and maintains with clients. She often shares many experiences of how she has helped clients realize their retirement dreams.
Diana specializes in retirement and income planning, as well as budgeting strategies. She has extensive knowledge in behavioral finance and guides clients through goals-based practices to help them realize their dreams and purpose in retirement. She is also sought after within the firm for Medicare information and resources.
Diana loves spending time with family, weightlifting, yoga with her mother-in-law, and gardening when off the clock. You can also find her hiking local trails and camping with her husband and two children. She wholeheartedly believes in working hard AND playing hard. Her husband, Jesse, boasts about how incredibly skilled she is at recognizing famous people’s faces and voices, and somehow, she’s better at playing pool and cards with her non-dominant hand. Don’t let that fool you; she’s a pool shark!
If realizing your dreams, overall wellness, yoga, or camping particularly interests you, chat with Diana. We’re sure you’ll learn something and walk away feeling seen heard, and a new appreciation for life!

Are you ready to craft a plan for your brightest future? You have a meaningful story to tell, and Mike is a person who loves to listen, to care for others, and to share his passion for finance to help deliver your best outcomes.
Mike was born and raised in Loma Linda, the only “Blue Zone” in the USA. Mike’s upbringing in the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) church gave him a foundation of stewardship to others, the importance of community and belonging, and healthy living. Now living in Redlands, Mike jokes that he’ll live into his 90s from breathing in that blue zone air while growing up.
A summa cum laude graduate from the University of California, Riverside, Mike studied political science as an undergrad, intending to enter law. However, Mike was called on a different path after learning why his grandparents lived with him and his family growing up. His grandpa was an orthopedic surgeon, and his grandma was one of the first women anesthesiologists. They earned good money and saved for retirement. Unfortunately, they fell victim to poor advice, bad investments, and shady characters. Their wealth and retirement savings were lost.
After learning their story, Mike turned his focus to finance with a passion to help protect the wealth of others. He started his journey as an executive assistant at KWB Wealth and quickly fell in love with financial planning.
In 2009, Mike completed his MBA with a Finance concentration through California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). He then started working as a financial planner at KWB Wealth and was invited to become a partner in 2018
He continues to help families grow and protect their wealth. Mike inherited a love of teaching from his father, a retired marketing professor at CSUSB. He has a knack for simplifying the complex when educating others during financial planning.
Mike is a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® professional. He thrives on tackling complex cases and delivering smart solutions with a genuine care for others. Mike works best with business owners and high-net-worth individuals and families, providing them with specialized knowledge of complex estate planning techniques, gifting approaches, executive compensation packages, and strategies that can provide substantial tax savings.
In addition to his expertise in wealth management, Mike is also the authority on retirement plans at KWB. He works closely with business owners to design plans that retain employees and provide favorable means to build true wealth for retirement. Mike has also extensively researched social security and enjoys helping families maximize their collection strategies.
Mike’s love of nature and exercise attracted him to mountain biking. When he’s not sharpening his mind in the office, he’s out sharpening his reflexes on the local trails. His German shorthaired pointer, Wyatt, shreds the bike trails with him. Wyatt is the most famous dog in Loma Linda. Mike also has a powerful sense of American pride and enjoys the most American style of cooking – barbeque. Brisket, beef ribs, and competition chicken thighs are his favorite.
Mike is blessed with a fantastic wife, Sheree, and a beautiful daughter, Amelia. He loves to chase Wyatt around the house with Amelia on his shoulders.

As Chief Operating Officer, Wealth Manager, and father of three…Quentin never has a dull moment between home and the office.
Quentin grew up in Redlands, CA, but spent his high school and college summers working at a dive shop on Catalina Island. He loved escaping the desert heat for island fun.
Quentin started his college years at Loyola Marymount University, planning to major in film. However, realizing he was destined for a different path, he transferred to the University of Redlands and graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Not long after completing his undergraduate degree, Quentin returned to his alma mater and obtained an MBA in Marketing.
Quentin no longer runs off to Catalina for a fun summer job. In 2015, he committed to KWB Wealth full-time and has since moved through the ranks, earning his title as COO. Quentin is a committed partner in the firm and a key player in moving the company forward.
Quentin heads off to KWB every morning, not to escape his three kids (all within four years of age) but because he genuinely enjoys adding value to his clients' and team members’ lives. Patience and understanding are definitely his best qualities. He is excellent at helping clients visualize their financial future and instilling confidence in their hard work. He is always kind and generous with his time, whether addressing client concerns and questions or helping team members navigate our work environment and industry complexities. He is also the go-to when colleagues have questions or need advice about technology, career paths, and parenting.
As a result of his job title, Quentin is heavily involved in running KWB Wealth and managing all behind-the-scenes items. This makes him a great advisor for business owners who need help navigating the complexities of retirement planning, business succession planning, taxes, and more.
Quentin is a big fan of hobbies and keeping busy. During a typical “stay at home” weekend, you can find him in his shop or yard, power tools at the ready, armed with Brittney’s (his wife) design input, and his desire to learn. Quentin happily takes on any project, from building chicken coops to installing flooring. When it's time to put the tools away, he embarks on adventures with Brittney, their three kids (Mason, Lanie, and Mollie), and two German Shepherds (Kori and Millie). They love to hike, camp, and dream about the future farm they want to build together.
While Quentin enjoys DIY projects and has above-average skills, he certainly has plenty of stories related to the “measure twice, cut once” mantra. Next time you are in the office or on a Zoom call with Quentin, test him on his chicken-raising trivia. He’s done more research than most care to when it comes to keeping those birds happy.

Rachel may stand just 5’1" tall, but her energy fills any room she enters. Since childhood, her favorite saying has been, “I’m just trying to have a good time!” Raised by adventurous parents, Rachel and her family spent summers on Catalina Island, winters dirt biking, and traveling during school breaks. That’s how Rachel lives her life today – winter weekends skiing, summer weekends backpacking, boating, scuba diving or snorkeling, and weekends in between visiting friends or traveling to new places.
Values instilled in Rachel in childhood taught her the power of a solid financial foundation. Working in the financial industry, she’s recognized that learning the why and how to build this foundation is not universally taught. Rachel is driven to bridge that gap, believing in equitable, straightforward financial education for all.
Rachel’s expertise lies in integrated financial planning. She believes genuine wealth germinates and flourishes when financial strategies sync with your personal vision of success and purpose. She focuses on building strategies for clients centered around achieving financial goals and a broader, impactful life vision. Working with Rachel, clients gain an ally in their journey toward financial clarity and empowerment. As a professional woman balancing building a career with building a family, Rachel is sharply attuned to the challenges and opportunities faced uniquely by women in business. Rachel has a special affinity for and commitment to helping women optimize thriving businesses, build financially rewarding careers, and create wealth for themselves and their families. Rachel is a member of the American Association of University of Women (AAUW), which affords her the opportunity to network with and learn from women in the drivers' seats of their careers.
A proud UC Berkeley alum, Rachel graduated with distinction in Conservation and Resource Studies. Cal was where she discovered her thirst for business, knowledge, compelling conversations, and good food! After college, Rachel embraced farming, excited about food systems and the power of community. However, she realized farming suited her more as a hobby and shifted to finance in 2018, where she immediately fell in love with working with people and creating financial strategies. Rachel’s rigorous Berkeley study regimen equipped her to quickly earn her Securities 7 and 66 licenses, her CFP® certification, and become a Certified Lightyear Coach. Today, she’s pursuing an MBA at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, set to graduate in May 2025.
Rachel hasn’t lost her passion for farming and environmental stewardship. She and her husband, Stu, are the proud founders of Stubb Farms, a quaint venture renowned for vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes and fresh farm eggs! The couple continually seeks innovative waste-reduction strategies and sustainable farming techniques. They are now taking on a bigger project of managing 40 acres of citrus and avocado trees with a mission to transition from conventional farming practices to organic and regenerative.
For a personal approach to finance that balances numbers with purpose, connect with Rachel. She is passionate about empowering individuals to craft retirement strategies and navigate business and legacy transitions, ensuring a brighter future for themselves and their families. And if you’re interested in farming, seasonal crops, or joining the local food movement, Rachel is always eager to share her enthusiasm and knowledge!

She studied Global Business with an emphasis in Finance and, in her junior year, became the University's financial department tutor. She learned French and traveled and lived in Italy and France for two summers while attending the University of Redlands. Claire fell in love with Redlands and has been here for almost seven years. She recently joined the Alumni Board of Directors for the University of Redlands and is excited to get more involved in the community.
Claire was introduced to KWB Wealth through a seminar hosted by the University's business school. After interviews and getting to know the team, one thing led to another, and she officially joined KWB in July of 2021. Since joining, Claire has earned her Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, and her CFP®, Certified Financial Planner designation. Earning the Certified Financial Planner designation is the greatest achievement of her professional career so far. What she loves most about KWB is the opportunity to learn and receive mentorship. With the skills and experience Claire gains daily working alongside KWB’s lead advisors, she strives to learn how to better serve clients. Claire wants to guide people through their finances and help them find the best path to reach those dreams. Steve is your go-to guy regarding investments, portfolio management, behavioral finance, and bourbon – if you ever have any questions. Steve grew up in Ontario, California (not Canada) and is an Ontario High School Athletic Hall of Fame member for baseball. His senior year, Steve had a 9-2 pitching record for a squad that went 24-5 that season and won their league. After a successful high school career, Steve headed east … to the University of Redlands. His trips back and forth home to do laundry were challenging but worth it.
Steve was a pitcher for the University’s baseball team all four years of college. He’ll tell you he could throw around 90MPH, but it was probably closer to 85MPH. Steve graduated in 2005 and immediately entered the wealth management industry. He worked at a local firm for three years, but the Great Financial Crisis impacted his position. Fortunately, in 2009, he joined KWB Wealth and has led the firm's portfolio management ever since.
Steve is a puzzler (puzzle put-er together-er). He loves the puzzle of putting investments together to help families sleep well at night while generating income through retirement. One of Steve’s favorite parts about working at KWB Wealth is the firm’s ability and desire to work with thousands of families instead of a select few, like many other industry firms. Being able to assist so many people is truly Steve’s “Why?”
On his off time, Steve loves to travel, golf, and watch Notre Dame football – sometimes even attempting to do all three in one vacation. He moved to Yucaipa in 2013 with his wife, Kelsey. They have two wonderful children, Daniel (2014) and Maggie (2017), and a dog, Lily. Steve is also our in-office Disneyland expert. Next time you see him, ask him about his favorite ride or favorite hidden Mickey in the parks. Trust us, he loves talking about Disneyland and is a professed Dis-nerd. He even wrote a blog about it!

When she’s not at work, Emily finds her happiness on the move, staying active with her husband. Have you ever received an incredible gift from someone that made you think, “Wow, how did they come up with that idea?” or maybe, “My goodness, they remembered every last attention to detail!” Katie is all that and more about being our Client Experience Manager. Her talent in finding out what truly matters to our clients is top-notch and leaves us all with appreciation!
Katie grew up in Chesterfield, Missouri, as an only child. When she was six, she and her family moved to Southern California to enjoy the water and the sand. Anything water quickly became her favorite activity; she played water polo and swam competitively all four years in high school.
After graduating high school, Katie embarked on numbers and attended Cal State, San Bernardino to study Finance. She juggled many activities while attending school full-time, including a part-time position at Toyota and an internship at Merrill Lynch, working alongside Financial Advisory teams. Her days and weeks were long, but she kept her career goals in mind and focused on her vision of working for a Fortune 500 company.
Post college, Katie accepted a position at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor and later transitioned with a team to open an independent advisory firm in Southern California. Katie comes to us with 15+ years of professional Client Service Experience. She understands what it takes to provide clients with exceptional service and values going the extra mile.
Katie loves the thrill of pushing herself to her limits. Growing up as an only child, she likes to think there is nothing she can’t do! She is currently on the pathway to becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and is excited to assist clients on both the service and advisor side. While this brings her back to her college days of juggling a busy schedule, she is excited to face the challenge.
Katie loves spending time with her daughters, Arianna and Audri. With two young girls, there is never a dull moment in the Reynosa household. You can find her at the soccer fields with her oldest daughter…travel ball is her life…or shopping with her youngest. Best of both worlds. If you asked Bella what her favorite thing about being the KWB Office Manager is, she would say it’s the never-ending, ever-changing to-do list of tasks and projects- seriously!
Bella grew up right here in Redlands, CA. When deciding where to go for college, she considered leaving California to be on a collegiate equestrian team. However, this meant leaving her beloved childhood horse, Copper, behind. Since leaving him wasn’t an option, Bella chose to stay local and attended the University of Redlands, where she studied Business Administration and minored in accounting.
Bella has always enjoyed a full schedule! In college, she simultaneously worked several jobs, including early morning horse training, helping in the University’s Global Business department between classes, housesitting, and assistant managing a restaurant in downtown Redlands. Bella joined the KWB team after virtually graduating in 2021.
As Office Manager, Bella assists with day-to-day operations, marketing events, and projects, including heading up our annual charity golf tournament and social media. She is a self-proclaimed Excel nerd and is happy to spend her days working on spreadsheets and reports. At the office, she has also acquired the secondary title of Tech Jr. because of her knack for problem-solving.
Bella always likes to be busy or, as we preferably say, “in demand.” For Bella, it’s all about the challenge. She gladly takes on new projects because she appreciates the feeling she gets when completing a task and finding a solution. But what really motivates her to pick things up and get them done, is that satisfying moment when she gets to cross it off her list- best feeling ever!
Outside work, you can find Bella going to the gym early in the morning, riding Copper and client horses after work, and spending time with her husband Gabe, planning their next adventure.

While navigating the exciting journey of motherhood, Perla has also made significant strides in her professional life. As a newcomer to the finance world, Perla is eager to absorb knowledge, develop her skills, and contribute meaningfully to KWB. Atena isn’t just a Client Services Assistant — she prefers the title: Client Advocate and First Responder! As a First Responder to KWB Wealth, Atena provides immediate assistance and support to address clients' needs and concerns, ensuring they feel valued and understood. She is also a full-time student with the vision to pursue a career in the world of Business and Finance, all while being a devoted mom to her 3-year-old son, William.
Atena’s early years were dynamic. She was born in Mexico and raised in California, and then moved to Chicago just a month before turning 15. Atena will passionately insist that Chicago has the best tacos (and food) by far. I know you are probably thinking, “If the food is so great, why move back to California?” Simple - the beach! And the global shift to remote work made her move possible. California weather is a no-brainer.
With over six years of work experience in administrative, payroll, and HR (Human Resources) Atena is ready to embark on a career in finance. In conjunction with being a full-time mom and employee, Atena is attending Chaffey College to earn her associates degree, with the goal of transferring to CBU to complete her bachelor’s.
Atena is driven by the “American Dream,” which, to her, means living a fulfilling work life, buying a home, and retiring comfortably.
When Atena isn’t at work or school, you can find her at the beach, enjoying the sun with her friends and her son!

Trent, short for Trenton, was born and raised in Napa, California. Growing up, he always had a baseball in one hand and a bat in the other; when the sun was shining, you could find him and his brother, Colton, playing wiffle ball in the backyard and in the summers, he was playing in baseball tournaments across California and Nevada. His hard work and commitment paid off! He was recruited to play baseball at the University of Redlands, set to start in the fall of 2020. However, in March 2020, our world was rocked and the pandemic forced Trent to rethink his move to SoCal. Trent decided to stay local and spent the beginning of his college years taking online classes at Solano Community College and practiced with their baseball team.
With his eyes still set on the University of Redlands, Trent moved to Redlands in the fall of 2021 to finish his college years. He majored in Business Administration and minored in History; his favorite class was Business 226: The Rise of Capitalism. Trent did not continue his baseball career at Redlands but, instead, leaned into his other interests. He was a member of the Redlands Student Invest Fund Club and the soccer club (they won a league championship!) He spent May term volunteering as a sports coach at the Redlands YMCA, and while in school, he interned remotely at a property management company based in North Carolina.
Trent has always had an interest in finance and investments. His family would give him books on the subject matters, and he never got bored! He remained curious and became a sponge for everything related to the financial advice industry. Trent discovered that financial planning was the perfect opportunity to marry his interest in finance and his eagerness to help others. Trent is in the process of earning all his required Securities and Insurance licenses – SIE (passed!), Series 7 and 66, and California Insurance license. Wish him luck!
When not at work, you can find Trent at the local CrossFit gym or out on the golf course trying to break 100. When his body needs a break from all the activity, he will read a book from one of his favorite genres including historical non-fiction, Science Fiction, and Fantasy. On gameday, Trent loves to root for the San Francisco Giants and 49ers.

Leslie is a kind and smiley person. She makes it a goal to be an active listener and is a natural problem solver — though she admits this can sometimes be annoying to her close friends.
Leslie has two cats that keep her in a routine. She would readily admit she has a favorite: an orange boy named Kishi, who follows her around the house. He’s named after the Kishu mini mandarin orange.
Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, especially sharing good laughs with her parents. They often bring along their boxer, Lucy, who feels like a third sibling. Her brother, Duane, lives in Colorado with his wife and dog in a trailer as he works as an electrical lineman apprentice. The family loves rock climbing together.
Leslie is active in her church community, helping with the children. As a former teacher, she enjoys watching them on Sundays and appreciates the week-long break in between. She has a great group of friends and loves running into familiar faces in Redlands, remarking on how the world seems to be getting smaller. She’s known for her one-liners — though she might laugh at them more than anyone else.

As the Director of First Impressions, Lisa is the first face you see when entering the office and the first voice you hear when you call in! When not at work, Lisa can be found playing with her two dogs, Harley and Quinn, in her backyard. She is a Harry Potter nerd, married to her Star Wars nerd, Monty. Together, they have quite a bit of useless knowledge regarding these franchises, but it’s always a fun conversation! Lisa is expecting her first child and looking forward to expanding her duo to a trio.
Lisa grew up in the Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga area in California. She was part of the “come home when the streetlights come on” era and was happiest outside doing anything but sitting still. She still fondly remembers running around with the neighborhood kids, playing in the sprinklers or pools.
Not knowing what she wanted to do or how to do it, after high school graduation, Lisa signed up for classes at Chaffey College. After taking too many random courses, Lisa decided to take a break and focus on what she needed. She quickly worked her way up the restaurant chain and became a Restaurant Production Manager, where she worked for 12 years. Lisa had an opportunity to start working in childcare, so she left management to work part-time, signed up for courses, and received her credits to work as a preschool teacher. She was so blessed to find this path and promptly fell in love with it, working her way to Assistant Director until the school closed.
Lisa loves to help people, whether it’s at the restaurant making sure customers enjoy a great dinner, being trusted with little ones while their parents work for the day, or assisting clients that call into KWB. Her goal is to have those she crosses paths with think to themselves: “I am much happier now than when we began our conversation!”
Lisa spends too much time watching the Dodgers (and is usually sad every October), but at least when that is over, football gets the extra attention. When Lisa isn’t helping clients on the phones at KWB, she is with her husband (most likely at home), watching a random movie on Netflix, playing video games (probably terribly) that her husband is into at the time, or trying to schedule time with friends.
Core Values:
WORK IN
INTEGRITY
A matter of a person’s word. You are whole and complete when you honor your word. This means doing what you say you’re going to do and doing it on time. Integrity is essential to our organization because it cultivates trust, creates workability, and is necessary for maximum performance.
PURPOSEFUL
LEADERSHIP
Take initiative. Lead with purpose and integrity, remain humble, be a master collaborator, support what needs to get done and those who are DOING it. An impactful leader supports team members in who they are today and who they are becoming, celebrates their accomplishments, and helps them be successful in their position and goals. The team’s success is a reflection of your success.
QUALITY
GROWTH
Quality relationships and coachable players are essential for long-term, quality growth. Deciding who and what we say “yes” to is driven by our expectation of integrity and what is correct for the team. We maintain high standards of performance and are committed to successful outcomes for all we work with. Our functionality begins with integrity, flows to workability, and from workability to performance.
APPROACHABLE
PROFESSIONALISM
We have experience, knowledge, high standards of performance, and an impartiality that makes doing business feel like good rapport. We meet people where they are and do not tolerate an attitude of “better than” from ourselves or those we choose to work with. Approachable professionalism requires us to be 100%, to be emotionally, mentally, and physically healthy, because we are at our best, and help others best, when we’ve built a solid foundation for ourselves.
LET'S TALK
Our work begins with a conversation. Call, email or request an appointment, and we'll schedule a time to meet.
