Kerrick (Kerry) the youngest of three children was raised in a military family, which afforded him the opportunity to live in many parts of the USA and overseas. In 1983 he obtained an ROTC scholarship, and four years later completed a BS in Management Engineering at Grove City College. He was then commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF and served four years on active duty. In June of 1987, he completed his MBA and left the USAF with the rank of Captain. During his service in the military, Kerry became involved in real estate and investing. Based on this interest, in July of 1987, Kerry began his career as a financial consultant in the Inland Empire. Some nine years later he joined the independent Broker-Dealer LPL Financial and simultaneously started the financial services firm KWB & Associates, Inc. now known as KWB Wealth. Kerry and his wife, Lisa, have two children and in 2019 became first-time grandparents.

Kerry works hard…but don’t feel sorry for him because he plays even harder. He enjoys several hobbies like dirt biking and camping, but mostly he loves the water. It seems to be an affliction he’s had since high school. In 2019 he caught his biggest fish, a Blue Fin Tuna, weighing about 285 pounds and measuring six feet in length. Currently, he is fixated on catching a swordfish. He will keep you posted! If he is not busy doing one of his hobbies, he’s likely doing maintenance and home repairs or spending time with family and their three canines.

After graduating from high school, Diana went off to study management at Cal State San Bernardino where she earned a degree in Business Administration. While working on her degree, she joined KWB in 2000 as a file clerk. While organizing those tedious files, she got a glimpse into what it meant to be a Financial Advisor. Diana gradually started meeting and advising clients with Kerry as her mentor. She has established many relationships over the years that she greatly values and is proud to be a partner of the KWB family.

When Diana is off the clock, she enjoys being a proud mother of her two children, Bella and Brandon. She also makes sure to find time to “date” her loving husband, Jesse. The Sailler family can be found boating in Lake Havasu, off-roading in local deserts, or finding some other kind of outdoor activity. When they’re not on the move, she really enjoys yoga and watching a good movie on Netflix.

Mike’s interest in financial services stems from a deeper understanding of an experience he had as a child. His grandparents came to live with his family, and at the time, Mike thought the new housemates to be a fun addition. Later he learned that poor investment decisions and dishonest guidance are what lead to his grandparents having to move in. Armed with his personal experience, Mike went to work at KWB in 2007, earned an MBA in finance, became a financial advisor at the firm, and now partner. If you have a spreadsheet that needs making or tuning up, Mike is your guy! He is a self-proclaimed nerd taking pride in his knowledge of areas like social security benefits and taxes.

When Mike isn’t perfecting a spreadsheet at the office or deepening his relationship with clients, he is at home with his wife Sheree and German Short-haired pointer, Wyatt. All three love to stay active. Sheree has several marathons under her belt as an avid runner. And Mike, who feels running is a natural response to danger, prefers mountain biking with their insanely fast pup Wyatt.

Quentin joined KWB in 2015 after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. His duties at KWB are as broad as his undergrad degree was. He’s a partner at the firm now, but in the early days, in between meeting with clients, he pulled his weight by changing light bulbs and clearing rain gutters during storms. You are less likely to see Quentin on the roof now, but you will occasionally see him on a ladder changing a lightbulb or two. He now has an MBA in Marketing and was promoted from rain gutter repair to KWB’s technology guru along with his normal client-facing responsibilities.

Quentin is a big fan of hobbies. He takes after his dad that way: not afraid to get his hands dirty with some kind of project, either around the house or when off on an adventure. The Bubbs are just built that way. On an average weekend around the house, Quentin can be found on his own ladder or in the attic, power tools at the ready. Since buying his first home in 2017, he has been chipping away at the fixer-upper, armed with his wife’s design input and his desire to learn. From electrical to framing, replacing windows to stucco repair, he loves having projects. When it's time to put the tools away, Quentin embarks on adventures with his wife Brittney, son Mason, and German Shepherd Kori. They love to hike, camp, and dream about the future farm they want to build together.

Coupling four+ years of industry experience with skills learned from Lightyear Leadership coaching, Rachel helps clients reframe and expand their relationship with money. Financial conversations do not have to be emotionless or static; they can be revealing, powerful, and rewarding. Working from this perspective, Rachel helps clients build and implement a plan that aligns with what they value, all within the boundaries of what is accessible and essential at various life stages.

Rachel graduated from UC Berkeley in 2016 with a BS in Conservation and Resource Studies, and the intention to pursue a career in sustainable agriculture. After working in farming for a year, she learned she preferred farming as a hobby, not a career path. Eventually, she took the opportunity to work in her family’s wealth management firm, where she discovered her love for business and helping people gain financial choice.

Farming and environmental stewardship remain personal priorities to Rachel. She and her husband, Stu, are the proud founders of Stubb Farms, a small organic enterprise where they make their own compost, eat the fruits of their labor, and sell produce to the local community. Their vine-ripened heirloom tomatoes are a neighborhood hit! Adding chickens to their farm family is in the plans for next year. Rachel fills her free time with family and friends, projects, exercise, and adventure. Every year she and Stu trek into the backcountry for a visit with nature and a brief reprieve from society.

Rachel is a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) Designee and has earned her Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (held through LPL Financial). She recently started the MBA program at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and will graduate in 2025.

Steve joined KWB in April 2009, right after the market bottomed from the Great Recession. Prior to working at the firm, Steve played four years of Bulldog Baseball at the University of Redlands, and oh yeah, he graduated in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration. His core duties at KWB have morphed over time from being an investment researcher to head trader to now the Director of Portfolio Management and a partner at the firm. Steve has a passion for investments and behavioral finance and received his Certified Investment Management Analyst® designation in 2014. Since his desk is in the depths of the back of the office, he may not know many of our client’s faces, but he knows everyone’s name and has incredible knowledge of our client’s investments.

Steve is a big fan of Notre Dame football and has traveled many times to see them play. This includes drives to the Air Force Academy in Colorado, flights to South Bend, IN, and even a trip to Ireland to see the Fighting Irish play! On weekends Notre Dame isn’t playing, he loves “a long walk ruined” and plays golf as often as he can. However, his main love is his family. He moved to Yucaipa in 2013 with his wife, Kelsey, and has since had two beautiful kids, Daniel (2014) and Maggie (2018). They love to go on trips to the zoo, the beach, the mountains, Disneyland, and can’t wait to start traveling all around the US and abroad as a family.

Claire grew up in the small town of Sherman, Texas, and said her goodbyes when she was recruited to play basketball at the University of Redlands. She had never been to California before deciding to move. She studied Global Business and discovered a passion for travel and language. She learned to speak French and got the opportunity to travel and live in Italy and France for two summers. The French say, " Mangez bien, riez souvent, aimez beaucoup" (meaning “Eat well, laugh often, love a lot”) and this was exactly what she did!

In her junior year, she realized it was time to start her career planning, so she chose to narrow her studies in finance. Claire was introduced to KWB Wealth through a seminar hosted by the University’s business school and joined the team in 2021. Since joining the team, Claire has earned her Series 7 and Series 66 securities licensing (held through LPL Financial). She plans to continue her studies by earning her CFP®, Certified Financial Planner certification.

When five o’clock hits, Claire enjoys spending time with her two kittens, Spooky and Mango, and her best friend/boyfriend, Sam. She keeps her cats’ TikTok page updated with fun posts and cute videos for the world to see. She absolutely loves her family and FaceTimes them in Texas every day. To her friends, Claire is known as the fun, crazy, certified cat lady, and a bit odd when it comes to food. For example, she does not enjoy condiments. Odd as it may seem, she embraces eating bland food. Her friends also call her the “pasta” queen; she cooks and eats pasta almost every day. She does have a strange addiction to the show KUWTK (Keeping up with the Kardashians) and can pretty much tell you anything you would like to know about each family member. She brings her personal life to work through her desk décor from cat pictures to trinkets from friends and family; her workspace combines the best of both worlds!

Emily joined KWB within a week of the company opening its doors in 1996. It was just a few years before that moment when she began her career in financial services, 1992 to be exact. She worked with Dean Whittier Reynold before moving on to TSI Financial in 1994 where she met Kerry.

Since day one she has been involved in operations, making sure the back office runs smoothly and clients get the outstanding service they deserve. Emily is now a partner at the firm and has taken on the role of Chief Compliance Officer. Legal jargon and meeting compliance standards in a heavily regulated industry make for interesting times in the office. Emily has worked hard to create a compliance program the ensures no “t” goes uncrossed and “i” undotted on any KWB and client documentation.

Emily is a lifelong resident of Redlands. When she’s not focused on KWB compliance tasks she enjoys traveling with friends and her husband Sal (married 1998). She has two sons and a daughter, but her greatest family joy is her two grandsons and granddaughter. You know grandkids always win!

Jamie loves Pinterest and DIY projects and adding to her husband’s “honey-do” list. Katie grew up in Chesterfield, Missouri as an only child. When she was six, she and her family moved to Southern California to enjoy the water and the sand; the beach quickly became her favorite place to relax.

After graduating high school, Katie embarked on all things numbers and attended Cal State, San Bernardino studying Finance. She pursued many activities while attending school full-time including a part-time position at Toyota and an internship at Merrill Lynch working in the finance department. She had little downtime and kept her career goals in mind.

After graduation, Katie accepted a position at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor and later transitioned with a team to open an independent advisory firm in Southern California. Katie comes to us with 15+ years of professional Client Service Experience. She understands what it takes to provide clients with exceptional service and values going the extra mile.

During her free time, Katie loves spending time with her daughters, Arianna and Audri. With two young girls, it is never a dull moment in the Reynosa household! They visit the beach often and enjoy baking sweet treats. Katie also puts many hours in at the local CrossFit gym, making health and fitness a priority. Let’s be honest…it provides mental sanity with two little ones!

There she studied Business Administration and minored in accounting. Bella initially intended to pursue her own business as a horse trainer but later found that a balance of work and passion is much more fulfilling. During her college years, Bella simultaneously worked several jobs including training horses early in the morning, assisting the Global Business department at the University of Redlands between classes, housesitting on weekends, and assistant managing at Olive and Citrus, a restaurant in downtown Redlands, before joining the KWB team.

Every day after work, Bella still makes time for her passion. She can be found riding her horse and clients’ horses at a local barn until late into the evening. Bella started riding at an early age and over the years has competed in local shows, rodeos, and gymkhanas with her beloved horse, Copper.
